Korea Formwork Flat Tie

The EVERSTAR X-Flat Wall Tie is manufactured from selected carbon steel wire rod. The round wire rod is straightened and flattened into a flat profile, after which the end slots and specified breakback details are formed by precision punching. The finished product has a natural silver-white steel appearance.

The tie is designed to secure and accurately space opposing modular steel-plywood form panels during concrete placement. Each end is formed with an elongated slot for fast connection to compatible panel side rails using wedge bolts.

The tie helps maintain the specified wall thickness while resisting fresh-concrete pressure within the limits of the approved formwork design. Standard-duty and heavy-duty configurations, multiple wall sizes, profile dimensions, and breakback details can be produced according to the customer's drawings, samples, or project requirements.
