Flat Tie

The EVERSTAR Flat Wall Tie with Wedge Pin is a coordinated connection set designed for compatible Euro-style modular steel-framed plywood formwork systems. The flat tie spans between opposing form panels to maintain the specified concrete-wall thickness, while the wedge pins engage the tie ends and panel side rails to lock the assembly securely during concrete placement.

The system provides a simple, fast and economical method for assembling wall forms with common site tools. Flat-tie length, width, thickness, end-hole geometry, breakback detail and mechanical performance can be customized together with the matching wedge-pin length, taper, thickness and locking profile. Production is available from approved drawings or physical samples.
