EVERSTAR Aluminum Formwork Locking Wedges are high-strength tapered steel components designed to work with compatible round, flat-head or other slotted form pins. After the form pin passes through the aligned panel and wall-tie connection, the wedge is driven through the pin slot to tighten and lock the aluminum formwork assembly.

The product range includes straight wedges, curved wedges, T-head wedges, slotted wedges and wedges with retaining holes. Their tapered geometry converts hammer-driven movement into progressive clamping force, helping close panel joints and secure wall ties during concrete placement. Overall length, taper, width, thickness, head profile, slot or hole geometry, material performance, surface condition and packaging can be manufactured according to approved drawings or physical samples.
