EVERSTAR Construction Formwork Wedge Pins are round steel connection pins designed for fast assembly of compatible aluminum formwork panels and related accessories. Each pin passes through aligned panel or tie connection holes, and a separate straight or curved steel wedge is driven through the longitudinal slot near the pin end to lock the components securely together.

The product family includes stub pins, short pins, standard pins and long pins for different connection thicknesses and formwork configurations. The pins shown feature a round retaining head, cylindrical body, tapered insertion end and elongated wedge slot. Diameter, length, head geometry, slot dimensions, body construction, steel grade, hardness, surface condition and packaging can be manufactured according to approved drawings or physical samples.
